I just got back from Sales and Success Bootcamp. I was a conference to coach sales peple to be sales superstars. It was put on by Eric Lofholm and Dr. Donald Moine. Eric Lofholf is a sales trainer who has had phenominal results in success coaching sales superstars. Dr. Moine is one of the top sales minds in the world. The success coaching we received was priceless. And better yet it was free.

Eric got us all energized with his level ten excercise. We all need to play at a level ten to increase our effectiveness and achieve massive success. Eric also suggests we plan our day on paper as a time management skill.

Eric taught us the sales mountain. We begin at the bottom of the mountain and climb to the top to be successful. The first step is generating leads. Then you must set an appointment with the prospect. During the appointment build trust and rapport. Find out what the client needs are by asking probing questions. Present the features and sell the benefits as they relate to the clients needs. Present the offer and be prepared to answer all of his/her objections.

A number of people have started using the services of success coaches in their private as well as professional life these days. There are many success coaches whose services are being taken to coach individuals in business as well for people in executive ranks. It sounds surprising but success coaches also help out in things like dating etc and they are being very successful. As we all know success coaching is always made use in career matters. In a way the success coach has a relationship contract with the client. This contract basically says that the success coach will give advice and support to the client. The client will only benefit from success coaching after the success coach takes into consideration the detailed objectives of the client. The coach can only help after knowing the primary aim and objective of the patron. There are a lot of techniques which the success coaches use to be able to facilitate the client. The first thing for a success coach to do is to initiate the client in a method of learning. They can be private or professional in nature depending on what the client is looking for. For the success coaching to be most effective the coach can request the client to think about various factors including aims and goals. It is essential to have a discussion between the coach and the client to be able to solve the problems more effectively. He can come up with a strategy to help the client once he knows through discussion where the problems lie. Then he can make use of the plans he has devised to attain the goals which he planned for the client. It is obvious that all these plans will be connected to the private and professional life of the patron. Once these steps are over, it depends a lot on the client how the plan works. The main job of the success coach here is to monitor the client. He has to keep a check that the person is working towards attaining the goals which have been set for them. The success coaching strategy has been made by the success coach after a lot of discussion and deliberation with the client, now it is very important for the coach to keep track if the plan is being put into practice in the right way by the client. Depending on how the plans are working the coach will plan further strategies to make the success coaching more effective.
